I've spent my whole career in operations. In higher education, I worked my way up to Coordinator of Student Affairs, working directly with the Dean of Students on projects that crossed undergraduate and graduate student affairs. I was also the subject matter expert when we rolled out a new CRM.
While I was still there, I launched my own business in 2012. My first clients were all over the map, from a business coach and a dental consultant to a grant writer and a general contractor. Then I was referred to a Realtor, and that was the turning point. Real estate became my home base. I've served as Director of Operations for top-producing teams, and every client I work with today is in the top 1% of their market. So I know how these teams really work. They move fast, they run on relationships, and they usually have a lot more goodwill than process.
Along the way I noticed a gap. Business owners could hire a consultant who would diagnose the problem and leave a binder behind. Or they could hire help to take tasks off their plate, with no one asking whether those were the right tasks. Almost nobody offered both.
Loftvue is built to fill that gap. I figure out what needs to happen, and then I stay to make sure it gets done. I'm direct. If something isn't working, I'll say so. If a process creates more friction than clarity, we rethink it together.
Outside of work, I'm a mom of two and married to a firefighter, so I know a thing or two about keeping a household running on a schedule that changes without notice. Once we've worked together a while, you'll probably meet my sarcastic side too.
